Hello there! Happy Humpday! I was working an another post when I realized that today is Wednesday and that means I need to post a recipe. This photo is of my kitchen corner which is permanently set-up with one of David Rocco's cookbooks, my mortar and pestle (no longer used for compounding medications though!), a sampling of herbs from our garden, hot peppers, onion, garlic, and a few tomatoes. These are the fixtures in alot of Italian recipes so it's nice to keep everything within easy reach.
