This week's recipe is from David Rocco's first recipe book: David Rocco's Dolce Vita. It's Tomato and Stale Bread Soup and before you scoff in disgust, it's an amazing stand-alone meal (carbs and veggies all in one) and uses up any super dry bread you might have hanging around. It's such a pity to throw food away right?
