Blog Update: I am going to try to post one new recipe each week, I will aim for Wednesdays. Remember you now have to click the Ricette header above. This week's recipe is from David Rocco's first recipe book: David Rocco's Dolce Vita. It's Tomato and Stale Bread Soup and before you scoff in disgust, it's an amazing stand-alone meal (carbs and veggies all in one) and uses up any super dry bread you might have hanging around. It's such a pity to throw food away right?

Yes absolutely, that would be delish. I actually forgot to mention I had added little almost-expired strips of prosciutto cotto (cooked ham)! But beans would work!

Hey Sunmi! Ya, all the recipes are now under "Ricette", you have to click it at the top menu. I changed the format super recently so all the recipes are together. :S

Sorry should have mentioned this earlier, you have to have a bread similar to the pagnotta that you can get at the Italian center. I doubt it would be as good if you just used any leftover 'American'- style bread. So you might have to invest in some bread first Sunmi!
